Asphalt Busters Exhibits at Pavements/Materials Conference

A two-day conference on “Pavement/Materials Today and Tomorrow” sponsored by Arizona State University (ASU), Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), Arizona Industry and Local Governments was held at ASU on April 25 and 26, 2006. The purpose of the annual conference is “to advance the knowledge of innovative pavement materials, design technology and enhanced construction practices,” according to the organizers.

The conference included sessions on asphalt and concrete pavement technology, recent innovations in pavement design and construction management, and updates on ADOT, MCDOT and local agencies perspective.
Asphalt Busters has attended this event for the last three years. It is a great opportunity for us to learn about new developments and to meet other paving industry professionals. As an exhibitor, we have an opportunity to provide educational materials on soil stabilization and asphalt recycling and to discuss them with local government decision makers. Our ultimate goal is to advocate for the economic and environmental advantages of asphalt recycling and soil stabilization.
