The Nu-Phalt In-Situ Asphalt Recycling System is a new, easy way to repair potholes in a fast, cost effective and environmentally sensitive manner.


 
The innovative process recycles the existing road surface material in-situ and produces a heat-sealed repair that re-establishes the original integrity of the treated surface and creates a thermo-bond between the repair area and the existing road surface. It creates a near seamless joint and extending its performance life to give a longer lasting repair.

The system is predominantly used in pot hole repairs but is equally effective for trench surface repairs and the reinstatement of failed joints and seams (particularly around ironware and street furniture) and the general re-embedding of loose chippings.

The process is highly flexible and mobile and is based on 2 operators in a fully-equipped vehicle containing everything needed for a day of repairing pot holes.
