We adopt the road petrol asphalt manufactured by Northern Asphalt Ltd. in Jinzhou City,the mineral fines and slaked lime produced by LinzhenXiang Yubaihui Plant along with the Anshanyan Aggregate selfrnachined, and makes designs of them on the basis Level I of Design Method for asphalt mixture for superpave in U. S. A. ,moreover verifies the stability at high temp and water injury resisting in accordance with ＂Technieal Specifications for Highway Asphalt Pavement Construction＂ （JTGF40-2004）.
