TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to develop a mix design and analysis procedure for hot-mix asphalt (HMA) containing high reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) content that provides satisfactory long-term performance.  The project will also propose changes to existing specifications to account for HMA containing high RAP content.
