Revised Scope for SHRP 2 Capacity Project

TRB’s Strategic Highway Research Program 2 (SHRP 2) has produced a new scope for one of the projects that make up the capacity portion of the program. The new scope for capacity project C03 is now available for review on the SHRP 2 website. The project will address integrating the economic and land value benefits of adding highway capacity into the decision process and communicating these benefits to the public and elected officials in a convincing manner. A request for proposals, based on project C03’s new scope, will be issued in July 2007.
