TRB’s Strategic Highway Research Program 2 (SHRP 2) has established a website where research organizations can signal their interest in participating in collaborative teams to pursue specific SHRP 2 research. SHRP 2 research projects are often large and complex, which may result in proposals being submitted by collaborative teams that draw on the skills and facilities of multiple organizations. SHRP 2’s Contractor Expression of Interest website is intended solely as a resource for researchers. SHRP 2 does not verify the information or use it in any way. The list of researchers who signal interest to participate in a SHRP 2 project will be available on a test basis during the March 2007 RFP cycle and will be removed when contracts have been awarded in June.
