Power for the W100F, W120F and W130F comes from a Cummins diesel rated at 209kW. The machines can be fitted with Wirtgen''s FCS quick change drum system to increase versatility and the LEVEL PRO controls to maximise cutting efficiency. The W100 is powered by a six cylinder Deutz diesel rated at 155kW and which meets Tier 3/Stage IIIa emission requirements and this machine is also available with the FCS and LEVEL PRO options.
The compact W60 can mill a 600mm wide slot to a maximum depth of 300mm, while it is offered in three or four wheel variants depending on customer request.

The W60 carries 450 litres of fuel and 900litres of water, which is twice the capacity of the previous W500 model and Wirtgen says that this maximises uptime and reduces downtime for refuelling. Bigger conveyors improve truck loading characteristics while the W60 also has a feature that allows the wheels to be swivelled in for flush cutting tasks. In addition, the operator''s seat can be swivelled over the wide allowing better visibility of the cutting work, a feature taken from the firm''s Vögele paver range. The W60 is powered by a Deutz diesel rated at 155kW. Its loading conveyor width has been increased to 500mm for the W60 and the machine offers a capacity of 115m3/hour. A quick detach system is fitted to the conveyor and a folding conveyor is also offered as an option. Customers can select Wirtgen''s HT11 quick change tool holder system, the FCS (allowing the machine to use 400mm, 500mm or 600mm drums) and LEVEL PRO controls.
