| The FAYAT Group has combined the expertise of its research and design offices working on asphalt plants to design a new concept in elevated plants with storage under mixer, common to its Marini and Ermont companies. The generic base model will then be customised and adapted to suit each customer''s individual requirements, and will be marketed on international markets under the name of Top Tower (under the name ARES in the French-speaking countries). The 160 to 200tonnes/hr plant, equipped with a 2.5tonne mixer (shown at Intermat) is the first model in this new range, which will be rounded off in 2007 with two other models corresponding to 3.5tonne and 4.5tonne mixers, giving outputs of 240 to 280tonnes/hr and 360tonnes/hr. Prewiring and preassembly are carried out in the factory to reduce setting up costs and assembly on site to a bare minimum. The plant requires a minimal surface area for installation. It is technically compatible with the most modern production requirements such as hot mix asphalts, warm mix asphalts and half-warm or low-energy mix asphalts. All traditional recycling methods are possible. |
