Italian paver company Antec announced at Intermat that it had sold its first pt 5000 tracked asphalt paver to a customer in Poland.

The unit was not on display at the exhibition, but four other asphalt pavers were, including the recently-launched wheeled pw 1500, which is now fitted with a mechanical extension to pave widths up to 1.65m, plus a new hydraulic screed lift and an auger.

The new three-wheeled (two rear for traction, one front for steering) mini road paver has a fixed hopper that is side chargeable by a skid loader, and a production rate of 25tonnes/hr.

Also on show were the tracked pt 2600 paver, the first model the company produced; the pw 5000 (the wheel version of the pt 5000), and the tracked pt 3500.
