Ammann Group is introducing new asphalt mixing plants including the JustBlack (120-160tonnes/hr class). All mixing tower modules are designed with dimensions for global transport.

The new BlackMove wheel-mounted plant (up to 200tonnes/hr can be moved in one day, while the new wheel-mounted and mobile ContiMix 200 mobile continuous asphalt mixing plant is based on BlackMove components.

The SuperQuick mixing is a concept plant (plants from 160 to 280tonnes/hr are available), while the group''s remodelled APS (all-purpose screen) 5.2/6.2 hot screens offer large screening areas with precisely coordinated frequencies and amplitudes. They can be retrofitted on existing asphalt mixing plants.

Rollers

The Ammann Group''s acquisition of Czech Republic roller manufacturer Stavostroj has brought "interesting innovations in all compactor weight classes."

The hand-guided AVH 6030 reversible plate compactor with built-in ACE Continuous Compaction Control gets its world premiere, and 13 models in the new generation of light tandem vibratory rollers are presented together with the AV 110 X, ASC 130 (tandem articulated rollers) and AP 240 H (pneumatic roller of a new generation) heavy compactors from Ammann''s Czech factory. Also new are the ASC 130 vibratory roller and the new AV/M-2 tandem rollers from 1.4 to 1.7tonnes. Another nine models are available in the range of tandem vibratory rollers and combination rollers, which extends from the AV 23 (2.3tonnes) up to the  AV 40 (4tonnes).

Ammann-Yanmar

Ammann-Yanmar''s new ViO25 Zero Tail Swing (ZTS) mini-excavator, the eighth ViO model in the global Vio series, is the third generation of this type of mini-excavator, and has a digging depth of 2.6m. The new SV100 midi-excavator belongs to the 10tonne excavator category but, says Ammann, it can compete with much heavier excavators.

Rammax

Rammax''s new RW 1503 trench roller features an entirely new design (the manual version of this type of machine is no longer available). Another newcomer is the Rammax RAV 350-P/RAV 350-VP add-on compactor for confined working areas with difficult access. With operating weights of 360 or 760kg, its recommended carrier machine size is up to 10tonnes or 20tonnes.
