Recently , the Seventh Forum on Pavement Material and New Technology sponsored by China Road Institute and undertaken by China Road Magazine Press was held in Changsha. More than 180 representatives from the road fields took part in the forum.

  The theme of the forum was the modified and recycling technology of asphalt, and many professional experts gave excellent reports about the new concept on permanent pavement structure, the maintenance of asphalt pavement and the application and spread of rubber asphalt at home , including Zhang Qisen, the professor with Changsha University of Technology, Tang Huigong, the general manager with Shenzhen Ocean Power Engineering Technology Co.,Ltd and so on.

  All the participants expressed that it is necessary to communicate with each other through the platform of China Road Institute and enhance the design and application of pavement material.
